1. Assistant Office Administrator III
Role: Provide administrative and secretarial support to ensure efficient office operations.
Key Duties:
Manage correspondence and calls
Maintain office records and schedules
Prepare official documents
Organize meetings and take minutes
Handle travel logistics and protocol
Operate office machines (printers, copiers)
2. Assistant Cooperative Officer III
Role: Support the growth of cooperative societies and community economic empowerment.
Key Duties:
Mobilize and train cooperative members
Maintain cooperative records
Assist in audits and registration
Promote cooperative governance best practices
3. Driver III
Role: Safely transport staff, documents, and goods within and outside county facilities.
Key Duties:
Operate county vehicles
Ensure vehicle cleanliness and safety
Detect mechanical issues
Maintain vehicle usage logs
4. Support Staff
Role: Provide essential office support services.
Key Duties:
Clean offices, restrooms, and kitchens
