Today marks the final day to apply for the transformative Kazi Mtaani 2025 – Climate Workx program. The Government of Kenya is calling on all eligible youth to seize this opportunity to be part of the nationwide climate action and community service initiative.
The program aims to recruit over 110,000 youth between the ages of 18 and 35 across the country.

🌱 About the Climate Workx Program
Climate Workx is a reimagined version of Kazi Mtaani designed to tackle youth unemployment while advancing Kenya’s climate goals. The program involves:

Tree planting and nursery work

Road and drainage maintenance

Public space cleanups
-
Civic education on leadership, patriotism, and sustainability
Youth will work in their local villages under the guidance of KeRRA, KURA, and NGAO officers.
