Role Overview: Sales and Collections Intern
These positions are full-time internships designed for candidates who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to branch performance. You will work directly with the Business Development Officers and Collections Officers to support customer acquisition, client service, and debt recovery efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with Business Development and Collections teams to support branch targets
Provide excellent customer service to clients
Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities
Generate sales leads and assist with cold calling
Participate in field activities, meetings, and client engagement
Assist in collections, including contacting debtors and following up on defaulters
Support customer education and relationship management
Prepare and submit accurate reports on customer feedback, trends, and market insights
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Finance, or related fields
Basic computer literacy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is an added advantage
Experience working in a financial institution is a plus
Must be proactive, self-driven, and willing to work in the field
