1. Enterprise Architect – 2 Posts
Job Type: Full Time
Experience: 3 Years

Position Summary:
The Enterprise Architect will support NBK’s technology transformation by developing IT information models, defining governance frameworks, and ensuring efficient architecture across systems. The role focuses on optimizing IT asset use, enhancing data capabilities, and ensuring compliance with architecture best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop IT information models, data structures, and system workflows.
Lead data governance and innovation initiatives.
Architect secure and scalable data solutions.
Document complete data lifecycle activities.
Maintain and update enterprise architecture frameworks.
Research emerging technologies and support proof-of-concept initiatives.
Prepare enterprise architecture compliance reports.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in ICT, Computer Science, or related fields.
Data Analyst / Data Modelling certifications.
CBAP, TOGAF, or ITIL certification (added advantage).
3+ years’ experience in enterprise architecture environments.
Strong software development, systems administration, and data modelling skills.
2. Manager, Regulatory Compliance & Ethics
Job Type: Full Time
Experience: 6–7 Years
Field: Finance, Audit, Governance
Position Summary:
This role ensures NBK complies with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards. The Manager will oversee compliance frameworks, coordinate audits, develop training programs, and advise leadership on regulatory matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop a risk-based compliance monitoring framework.
Ensure departments adhere to current regulations.
Advise on emerging laws affecting banking operations.
Coordinate compliance training for all staff.
Investigate misconduct and oversee whistleblowing systems.
Collaborate with risk, audit, HR, and legal departments.
Maintain strong relationships with regulators.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
CAMS, CRCM, CPA, ACCA or Ethics certifications (added advantage).
6–7 years of compliance experience in the banking sector.
Strong knowledge of AML/KYC and CBK regulations.
Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
3. Manager, Market Risk
Job Type: Full Time
Experience: 7 Years
Field: Finance, Risk Management
Position Summary:
The Manager, Market Risk, is responsible for monitoring and managing risks arising from interest rates, FX fluctuations, equity pricing, and other market variables. This role ensures compliance with internal policies and external regulatory frameworks (Basel III).
Key Responsibilities:
Lead market risk monitoring and reporting.
Approve limits, monitor excesses, and guide risk-return decisions.
Conduct VaR, stress testing, and sensitivity analysis.
Support ALCO and risk committees.
Prepare risk reports for management and regulators.
Ensure strong internal controls and compliance.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
FRM, CFA, or PRM certification highly desirable.
7+ years’ experience in market risk and financial markets.

4. Cybersecurity Manager
Job Type: Full Time

Position Summary:
The Cybersecurity Manager will oversee IT security across NBK’s infrastructure, ensuring compliance with CBK cybersecurity guidelines and protecting systems from internal and external threats.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement CBK cybersecurity regulations.
Develop cybersecurity policies and monitoring frameworks.
Monitor IT infrastructure, systems access, and authentication controls.
Respond to cyber threats and incidents.
Conduct risk assessments and penetration testing.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
CEH certification is an advantage.
5+ years’ experience in IT security, including 3 years in cybersecurity management.
Strong knowledge of ICT security standards, core banking systems, and IT governance.
5. ICT Architecture & Data Governance Manager

Position Summary:
The role involves developing data-driven enterprise architecture frameworks, driving data governance, and enabling technology adoption across the bank.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead enterprise data architecture and governance.
Develop reusable data and systems integration patterns.
Implement end-to-end data lifecycle management.
Research and adopt emerging technologies.
Publish enterprise architecture compliance reports.
Maintain a catalogue of approved technologies for the bank.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in ICT, Computer Science, or related fields.
Lean Six Sigma, Prince II, CBAP, TOGAF or ITIL certification (added advantage).
5+ years’ IT experience within the banking sector.
Strong knowledge of operating systems, databases, and development methodologies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
