The Pharmacy and Poisons Board (PPB), Kenya’s National Medicines Regulatory Authority, has announced a new round of recruitment for 45 full-time positions.
The PPB was established in 1957 under the Pharmacy and Poisons Act, Cap 244, and plays a key role in regulating the pharmacy profession and ensuring the safety of medical products in Kenya.
This recruitment supports PPB’s efforts to implement the Health Emergency Preparedness, Response, and Resilience Project for Eastern and Southern Africa (Phase I). The goal is to strengthen Kenya’s regulatory capacity towards achieving WHO GBT Maturity Level 3 (ML.3) — a global benchmark for strong regulatory systems.
