1. Tupande Audit Lead
Location:Â Nairobi, Kenya
About the Role:Â We are seeking an experienced Senior Internal Auditor to lead our internal audit activities in Kenya. You will lead a country-based audit team, set and deliver audit plans, identify and mitigate risks, and act as a trusted partner to local leadership.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, commerce, finance, or a related field.
Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or CIA) is required.
5-7 years’ experience in internal auditing, including team leadership.
Experience in retail or similar multi-site operational environments.

2. Global Internal Channels Management Lead (Fixed-Term)

About the Role:Â This professional will implement the strategy, roll-out, and daily management of One Acre Fund’s intranet and engagement channels. You will drive content, design, training, and collaboration to improve communication and knowledge sharing across the organization.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
5+ years of experience managing and implementing intranets or collaboration software.
Experience leading strategic improvements to internal communication and collaboration.

3. Tupande Impact Strategy and Operations Associate (Fixed-Term)
Location:Â Nairobi, Kenya
About the Role:Â Seeking a project management professional to increase our impact among women and youth in Kenya by implementing strategic projects over the next 2 years. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused position.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree.
4+ years’ experience in a strategy/operations management role (experience in a consulting firm is preferred).
Strong project management and a proven track record of delivering results.

4. Tupande Strategy and Operations Associate
Location:Â Nairobi, Kenya
About the Role:Â We are seeking an exceptional candidate to manage complex projects and coordinate across multiple teams in our fast-growing organization. You will report directly to the Tupande Strategy and Operations Manager and execute critical strategic projects.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (post-graduate degree preferred).
3+ years of management consulting experience is preferred.

5. Tupande Agro-processing Compliance Specialist
Location:Â Kenya
About the Role:Â A detail-oriented specialist to ensure food safety, operational safety, and regulatory compliance across all production operations. You will conduct internal audits and work with teams to implement corrective actions.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree.
3-5 years of hands-on internal auditing experience in a food processing or manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of food safety standards, GMP, HACCP, and OSHA guidelines.
Supervisory or mentorship experience.

About the Role:Â A strategic L&D professional to lead high-impact manager development programs, shaping One Acre Fund’s leadership pipeline. You will design and deliver training programs for ~400 mid-level managers across Africa.
Key Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in leadership development, talent management, or organizational development.
Proven track record designing and delivering manager training programs at scale.

7. Global Supply Chain Compliance & Controls Specialist
Location:Â Nairobi, Kenya
About the Role:Â You will execute day-to-day compliance activities, including routine checks, data validation, and monitoring system adherence across global supply chain operations. This role involves supporting audits and conducting field visits.
Key Qualifications:
Work experience in Supply Chain or Logistics.
Experience with compliance, controls, and process improvement.
Proficiency in analyzing and visualizing data.
Experience with implementing change initiatives.

8. Tupande Export Logistics Senior Specialist

About the Role:Â Manage end-to-end export operations to ensure goods reach international vendors on time, within budget, and in full compliance with all regulations. You will be a key part of our Market Access team.
Key Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, with at least 3 years focusing on Exports.
Proficient in export management systems and tracking tools.
Proficiency in building complex formulas in Google Sheets for data analysis.
Fluency in English is required.

About the Role:Â Improve inventory data accuracy across nine countries by ensuring warehouse records align with accounting books. You will support country teams with technical guidance, quality checks, and data analysis.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
At least 2 years of practical experience in data analytics, supply chain, or logistics.
Proficient in SAP, Warehouse Management Systems, or comparable ERP systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to perform advanced data analysis.

About the Role:Â A Macadamia Logistics Specialist to manage end-to-end supply chain operations from farm to factory. You will coordinate aggregation and transportation, ensuring efficiency and compliance with SOPs.
Key Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in Supply Chain, with at least 3 years focusing on Logistics coordination.
Proficiency in Google Suites and tracking tools.
Proficiency in building and managing complex formulas in Google Sheets.
Fluency in English is required.
