1. Client Relations Assistant – Call Centre (2 Positions)
Location: Nairobi
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Qualifications:
Diploma in Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Duties:
Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries.
Document client interactions in the CRM system.
Coordinate with departments to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Follow up with clients for feedback and satisfaction.
2. ICT Officer – Database Administration
Location: Nairobi
Experience: Minimum 5 years in database management
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
