Eligibility Criteria
Eligible Level:
Master’s degree programs at KU Leuven (excluding preparatory, bridging, and distance learning programs).
Eligible Nationalities:
All countries except Russia.
Academic Requirements:

Strong academic performance with an excellent GPA

Previous degree from a university outside Flanders

Students with prior credit mobility experience in Flanders may apply
English Language Requirements:

TOEFL iBT: minimum score 94

IELTS: minimum overall score 7.0

Cambridge CPE: level C2
Applicants from English-speaking countries or with English-taught degrees in the USA, UK, Canada, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand are exempt from providing test scores.
Not Eligible If:

Already enrolled in a Flemish higher education institution (except preparatory programs for 2026 intake)

Receiving another Flemish Government or Erasmus Mundus scholarship
