🎯 Job Purpose

Coordinate and implement the corporate budget, monitor performance, and provide financial forecasting and recommendations for strategic decision-making.

✅ Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor KAA’s consolidated budget

• Conduct cost and performance analysis

• Provide quarterly/annual financial reports

• Advise on financial viability for new projects

• Monitor cash flow and investments

• Oversee cost-saving strategies and pricing models

📘 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s & Master’s in Finance/Accounting

• ICPAK membership or a relevant professional body

• 10 years relevant experience (3 in management)

• Management course (min 4 weeks)

• Proficiency in ERP systems and computer applications

🛡️ 2. Manager, Risk and Compliance – Job Grade S8

🎯 Job Purpose

Oversee enterprise risk management, compliance programs, ethical conduct, and policy framework implementation across the Authority.

✅ Responsibilities

• Develop & maintain the Enterprise Risk and Compliance Framework

• Manage risk profiles, reporting, and training

• Guide adherence to policy, ethics, and external regulations

• Engage with senior management on strategic risks

📘 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s & Master’s in Business or related field

• Professional certification in Risk/Compliance

• 10 years’ experience (3 in management)

• Member of PRMIA, GARP, ICPAK, IIA, IRM, or similar

• Proficiency in analytics, communication, and leadership

🛬 3. Apron Controller Trainee – 40 Vacancies

Ref: OPS/APR/JULY/2025
Location: Multiple airports
Type: One-year training, then permanent (based on performance)

🎯 Job Purpose

Manage aircraft ground movement on the apron using radio telephony, ensuring safe operations by ICAO standards.

✅ Responsibilities

• Marshall aircraft and operate passenger boarding bridges

• Guide aircraft and vehicles on the airside

• Inspect apron for FODs, oil spills, and hazards

• Operate docking systems and maintain daily aircraft movement records

• Enforce airside safety regulations

📘 Qualifications

• KCSE Grade C (Plain); C- (Minus) for minority/PWD

• Certificate in Airport Operations (added advantage)

• Age limit: Max 26 years; 28 for minority/PWD

• Basic computer skills

👷 4. Internship/Apprenticeship Program – 50 Vacancies

Type: 1-Year Program
Location: JKIA, MIA, WAP, EIA, KIA, Head Office
