· Trade Development Representative – Nairobi Region (Retail)
· Trade Development Representative – Nairobi Region (Economy Market)
· Trade Development Representative – Western Region
🎯 What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities
As a Trade Development Representative at Kenchic, you will be the crucial link between our company and its customers. Your core focus will be on sustainable sales growth and brand strength.
Key Responsibilities Include:
· Sales & Territory Management: Develop and execute a robust trade marketing plan to maximize sales and profit potential within your assigned territory.
· Distribution & Availability: Increase Kenchic product coverage and availability by effectively managing distribution across all outlets in your market.
· Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen profitable relationships with existing clients through excellent service and professional debt management.
· New Business Development: Contribute to company growth by actively recruiting and onboarding new accounts.
· Customer Service: Facilitateo an outstanding customer experience by promptly addressing complaints, queries, and product returns.
· Reporting & Analysis: Generate insightful daily, weekly, and quarterly sales reports to guide business decision-making. Looking For Someone With:
Qualifications & Experience:
· A minimum of a Diploma in Sales and Marketing or a related field.
· At least 2 years of experience in a busy FMCG sales environment in a similar role.
· A valid Kenyan driving licence with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience.
Skills & Competencies:
· Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills
· Strong Time Management and the ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently.
· Keen Attention to Detail
· Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel for reporting).
