1. Extruder Machine Operator (2 Positions)
Job Overview
The Extruder Machine Operator will handle the setup, operation, and maintenance of extrusion machinery to ensure smooth production of high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and prepare extrusion machines
Operate machines to meet production standards
Monitor extrusion process and adjust settings as needed
Conduct quality checks on products
Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues
Perform routine maintenance
Keep accurate production records
Adhere to safety procedures
Qualifications
Diploma or Advanced Certificate in Mechanical, Plant, or Industrial Engineering
Minimum 2 years’ experience with PP Woven Extruder Machines or similar equipment
2. Loom Machine Operator (2 Positions)
Job Overview
Responsible for operating Circular Loom Machines for weaving PP tapes into fabric rolls used in woven bag manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
Operate circular loom machines to meet shift targets
Load PP tape bobbins and ensure smooth feeding
Adjust speed, tension, and shuttle movement
Inspect fabric quality throughout production
Conduct cleaning and lubrication
Record production output and downtime
Qualifications
Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical, Textile, or Production Operations
1–2 years’ experience in PP Woven Loom Machines (Circular or Sulzer)
3. Winder Machine Operator (2 Positions)
Job Overview
Operate and maintain Winder Machines to ensure accurate and efficient winding of PP tapes into uniform spools.
Key Responsibilities
Start and monitor winding machines
Adjust tension, speed, and traverse settings
Load tapes from the extruder section
Inspect wound bobbins
Conduct cleaning and minor maintenance
Record daily output and rejected spools
Qualifications
Technical training in mechanical or production operations
1–2 years’ experience with PP Woven Winder Machines
4. Printing Machine Operator (2 Positions)
Job Overview
Operate flexographic, gravure, or similar printing machines to ensure high-quality printing on PP woven products.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate printing machines per schedule
Adjust settings to meet quality standards
Inspect printed materials for defects
Perform cleaning and maintenance
Maintain production logs
Follow strict safety procedures
Qualifications
Technical Diploma in Printing Technology (Mandatory)
1–3 years’ experience with flexographic, gravure, or similar printing machines
5. Cutting and Stitching Machine Operator (2 Positions)
Job Overview
Operate cutting and stitching machines to produce high-quality finished products according to required specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and monitor cutting & stitching machines
Cut fabric accurately per template or order
Stitch materials following design requirements
Inspect finished items for defects
Conduct routine cleaning and maintenance
Qualifications
Experience operating cutting and stitching machines preferred
Strong attention to detail
6. Recycle Machine Operator (1 Position)
Job Overview
Operate recycling machines to process PP waste into reusable granules or pellets.
Key Responsibilities
Operate shredders, extruders, and pelletizers
Adjust machine settings for optimal performance
Inspect recycled output
Conduct cleaning and minor maintenance
Maintain production logs
Ensure compliance with safety standards
Qualifications
Certificate/Diploma in Plastics Processing or Mechanical Operations
1–3 years’ experience in recycling or plastic manufacturing
7. Liner Machine Operator (1 Position)
Job Overview
Operate PP liner machines to produce high-quality liners efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate liner machines
Adjust parameters to meet production standards
Carry out preventive maintenance
Troubleshoot operational issues
Maintain production records
Minimize material wastage
Qualifications
Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
VOC/technical training in PP manufacturing is an added advantage
