Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee the aggregation of Macadamia and Avocado from farm gates across Kenya.
Manage collection schedules and ensure timely loading and delivery to factory receiving teams.
Enforce SOPs, safety policies, and cold-chain handling standards.
Plan and execute all aggregation and transport activities to meet agreed SLAs.
Continuously improve aggregation, routing, and delivery processes for efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities
Inventory Oversight
Lead inventory counts, resolve variances, and ensure accuracy in 1–2 regions.
Recommend improvements to reduce shrink and enhance data reliability.
System Accuracy & Quality Control
Correct inventory errors in ERP systems like Odoo.
Monitor and resolve QC flags for all transactions.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with Duka and Asili departments for alignment.
Support fraud detection and escalate risks when necessary.
