Tupande Logistics Specialist (Fixed-Term)

Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee the aggregation of Macadamia and Avocado from farm gates across Kenya.
Manage collection schedules and ensure timely loading and delivery to factory receiving teams.
Enforce SOPs, safety policies, and cold-chain handling standards.
Plan and execute all aggregation and transport activities to meet agreed SLAs.
Continuously improve aggregation, routing, and delivery processes for efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

4+ years in Supply Chain, with 3+ in Logistics coordination.
Proficient in Google Suites and tracking tools.
