About the Internship Opportunities
RVIBS seeks highly motivated and enthusiastic recent graduates to join its training team on a contract basis. These internship roles are ideal for graduates from the Class of 2023, 2024, or 2025 who are eager to gain hands-on teaching and industry experience in a dynamic learning environment.
Interns will work closely with experienced trainers to support both theoretical and practical instruction, contributing directly to student development and skills acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be expected to:
Support practical and theoretical training sessions in line with the RVIBS curriculum
Assist in student assessment, supervision, and skills development
Help create a safe, engaging, and productive learning environment
Prepare training materials and maintain accurate student progress records
Mentor and guide trainees with professionalism and patience
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree, HND, or equivalent qualification in the relevant field
Must have graduated in 2023, 2024, or 2025
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to mentor, guide, and inspire students
Prior training or relevant industry experience is an added advantage
