1. Chief Finance Officer {#cfo}
Job Description: The Chief Finance Officer (CFO) will provide strategic financial leadership to the Federation. This senior role involves overseeing all financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance. The CFO ensures prudent resource management, transparency, and accountability, working closely with stakeholders like FIFA and CAF.
Key Duties: Develop financial strategy, manage cash flow, ensure IFRS compliance, lead audits, and engage with sponsors and partners.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (Master’s preferred).
Mandatory professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, or CFA).
Minimum 10 years of financial management experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
2. Commercial Director {#commercial}
Job Description: Drive revenue growth and brand value for the FKF. This leadership role focuses on securing sponsorships, maximizing media rights, and developing marketing strategies to ensure the long-term financial sustainability of football in Kenya.

3. National Grassroots Football Coordinator {#grassroots}
Job Description: Be the champion for youth football in Kenya. This role involves planning, implementing, and monitoring grassroots development programs across the country to promote mass participation and talent identification.

Qualifications:
