Role Purpose

The Sales Intern will help distribute Jubilee Life Insurance products and support customers referred to the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend Jubilee Life product and skills training.

• Prospect and present insurance products to potential clients.

• Generate and secure new business on behalf of the company.

• Provide excellent customer service and share client feedback with the company.

• Maintain and promote the company’s brand image.

• Meet sales targets in terms of policies, premiums, and persistency.

• Attend company meetings for training, motivation, and deployment.

• Comply with insurance industry regulations and company policies.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum age: 21 years

• Education: Degree/Diploma/Certificate

• KCSE Grade: Minimum C– (Minus)

• Strong IT and digital literacy

• Self-driven, disciplined, and highly motivated

• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills

Role Purpose

The Sales Manager will lead and manage a unit sales team within a Jubilee Life branch. The role involves driving productivity, strategy, training, recruitment, and overall sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend Jubilee Life product and sales skill training.

• Lead the sales unit in prospecting and product presentation to prospective clients.

• Oversee the acquisition of new business and ensure excellent client servicing.

• Uphold Jubilee Insurance’s brand reputation.

• Achieve sales targets including policy numbers, premiums, persistency, and renewals.

• Conduct team meetings for training, motivation, and supervision.

• Ensure full compliance with IRA regulations, industry standards, and company policies.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum age: 25 years

• Education: Degree or Diploma (Minimum KCSE C–)

• Professional Qualification: COP (Certificate of Proficiency) or Diploma in Insurance

• Current IRA Registration is mandatory

• Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year in Sales Management OR

  • Minimum 2 years as a successful sales agent

• Additional training in Sales Management or IT is an added advantage
