Available Positions
1. Chief Manager Public Relations and Communications (1 Position)
Grade: COB 4
Terms of Service: Contract
Job Purpose:
This leadership position is responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive Public Relations and Corporate Communications strategies for the Office.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement corporate communications policies and strategies
-
Coordinate branding activities and content creation for the CoB website
-
Spearhead publication of corporate communications reports through various media
-
Ensure compliance with Right to Access to Information requirements
-
Coordinate corporate social responsibility activities
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Journalism, Mass Communications, Public Relations, or related fields
-
Membership with a relevant professional body
-
15 years of relevant work experience, with 3 years at Manager level
-
Leadership course certificate (minimum 4 weeks)
-
Proficiency in computer applications
-
Must meet Chapter Six of the Constitution requirements
2. Principal Fiscal Analyst (1 Position)
Grade: COB 5
Terms of Service: Permanent and Pensionable
Job Purpose:
To advise management on effective methods of budget implementation and facilitate authorization of withdrawals from Public Funds.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and review policies on budget implementation
-
Analyze and verify withdrawal requests from Consolidated Fund and other public funds
-
Prepare quarterly budget implementation reports
-
Review Budget Policy Statements and make recommendations
-
Capacity building on public participation in budget implementation
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Economics, Statistics, Finance, Commerce, or related fields
-
CPA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent professional qualification
-
9 years of work experience, with 3 years as Senior Fiscal Analyst
-
Report writing and management course certificates
-
Proficiency in computer applications
-
Must meet Chapter Six requirements
3. Senior Fiscal Analyst (2 Positions)
Grade: COB 6
Terms of Service: Permanent and Pensionable
Job Purpose:
Responsible for performance analysis of National Government budgets, review of withdrawal requests, and preparation of statutory reports.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Finance, Commerce, or related fields

CPA (K), ACCA, CFA or equivalent
-
6 years of work experience, with 3 years as Fiscal Analyst

Management course certificate (minimum 4 weeks)

Must meet Chapter Six requirements
4. County Budget Coordinator (1 Position)
Grade: COB 6
Terms of Service: Permanent and Pensionable
Job Purpose:
To advise on county budget implementation methods and facilitate authorization of withdrawals from County Revenue Funds.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Finance, Commerce, or related fields

CPA (K), ACCA, CFA or equivalent
-
6 years of work experience, with 3 years as Fiscal Analyst

Management course certificate (minimum 4 weeks)

Proficiency in computer applications

Must meet Chapter Six requirements
5. Fiscal Analyst (2 Positions)
Grade: COB 7
Terms of Service: Permanent and Pensionable
Job Purpose:
Responsible for preparing budget review reports, monitoring budgetary performance, and processing requisitions.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Finance, Commerce, or related fields
-
CPA Part II, ACCA, CFA or equivalent

Minimum 1-year internship in relevant discipline

Proficiency in computer applications

Must meet Chapter Six requirements
