1. Waitstaff
Role Overview:
Responsible for delivering a seamless dining experience by welcoming guests, taking orders accurately, serving meals professionally, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Key Duties
Greet and seat guests
Take accurate orders and serve efficiently
Maintain clean dining areas
Process bills and payments
Uphold hygiene and service standards
2. Baristas
Role Overview:
Serve exceptional coffee and beverages while providing excellent guest engagement and product knowledge.
Key Duties
Prepare specialty drinks
Maintain beverage station cleanliness
Manage stock and supplies
Ensure consistency in drink quality
Assist guests with coffee choices
3. Cooks
Role Overview:
Prepare fresh and high-quality food according to Artcaffé’s culinary standards.
Key Duties
Prepare meals using standard recipes
Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety
Minimize wastage
Support service teams
Participate in deep cleaning routines
4. Cashiers
Role Overview:
Handle customer payments professionally, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and smooth transactions.
Key Duties
Manage cash, card & mobile payments
Operate POS system
Maintain accurate tills
Address billing inquiries
Keep counter organized
5. Stewards
Role Overview:
Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and organization in the kitchen and service areas.
Key Duties
Wash and sanitize kitchenware
Maintain kitchen hygiene
Support cooks with setup and cleaning
Manage waste disposal
6. Supervisors
Role Overview:
Coordinate daily operations and assist management in delivering excellent guest service while mentoring staff.
Key Duties
Oversee shift operations
Conduct team briefings
Train and support staff
Ensure compliance with standards
Handle guest concerns
7. Branch Manager
Role Overview:
Lead the overall operations, team performance, guest experience, and financial success of the Voi branch.
