Job Overview
CIC Insurance is recruiting Retail Life Bancassurance Sales Officers across multiple branches in Kenya. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for motivated sales professionals looking to grow in the insurance sector.
Available Branches / Locations
We are hiring for the following branches:
Nairobi County: Lavington, Aga Khan Walk, Upperhill, Nairobi Business Centre, Kangemi
Kiambu County: Limuru, Ruaka
Kajiado County: Kajiado, Ngong, Kimana
Makueni County: Kibwezi, Emali, Wote
Other Locations: Kimathi (Nyeri), Kitengela, Mombasa Road (Mombasa)
Job Purpose
To drive sales of life insurance and related financial products through bancassurance channels by acquiring new clients, building relationships, and achieving set targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients for life insurance products.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research and provide feedback on customer needs.
Offer professional advice on suitable insurance solutions.
Prepare and submit sales reports regularly.
Resolve customer queries and ensure high service satisfaction.
Collaborate with bank partners and internal teams to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Minimum of a Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field.
Experience: Prior experience in sales, marketing, or insurance is an added advantage.
Skills Required:
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent customer relationship management.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
Basic computer proficiency.
