Job Summary:
This role reports to the Chief Principal and oversees all HR and administration functions at the institution. The manager ensures effective recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, compensation, and compliance with labor laws.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management
Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience
Master’s Degree in HR or MBA (HR option) — added advantage
Membership with IHRM and a valid practicing license
Leadership/management training is an added advantage

2. Senior Internal Auditor

Job Summary:
Reporting to the Internal Audit Manager, the Senior Internal Auditor conducts quality assurance reviews, improves internal controls, and advises management on risk and compliance.

Member of ICPAK and IIA (good standing)
At least 6 years’ relevant experience, 3 in management

Responsible for preparing learning materials, guiding students during practical sessions, maintaining inventory, and ensuring safety and hygiene in the food production workshop.

Requirements:
