1. Barista (Full-Time) – Nairobi
Field: Hospitality / Food & Beverage
Job Purpose:
To prepare and serve high-quality beverages and light snacks to staff, patients, and guests while maintaining top-tier customer service, hygiene, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold drinks.
Customize beverages to meet customer preferences or dietary instructions.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and equipment hygiene.
Handle customer inquiries and support internal hospital events.
Monitor stock, replenish supplies, and ensure proper storage.
Support the catering team during events or peak hours.
Qualifications:
Certificate/Diploma in Food & Beverage or Hospitality.
Barista certification.
Experience in a busy coffee service environment.
Strong customer service, hygiene awareness, and multitasking skills.
2. Critical Care Nurse (Full-Time) – Nairobi
Experience Required: 3 years
Field: Medical / Healthcare
Job Purpose:
To provide high-quality nursing care to patients within the Critical Care Unit, ensuring adherence to medical and hospital standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess patient conditions and record vital signs.
Organize and coordinate nursing care and treatments.
Administer medication, fluids, and manage enteral feeding.
Perform hygiene care, wound care, and infection-control procedures.
Insert IV lines, catheterize, and assist in ambulation.
Prepare patients for discharge and document care.
Maintain unit cleanliness and uphold safety standards.
Provide emotional support, health education, and participate in research initiatives.
Qualifications:
Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
Higher National Diploma in Critical Care Nursing.
Valid NCK license.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a busy hospital setting.
Strong interpersonal skills, integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
3. Registration & Billing Clerk (Full-Time) – Nairobi
Experience: 1–2 years
Field: Finance / Accounting / Audit
Job Purpose:
To ensure accurate patient registration, billing, and professional service delivery in line with hospital policies.
Key Responsibilities & Competencies:
Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
CPA Part II (Intermediate) required.
CHIMS certification is an added advantage.
Proficiency in medical billing systems.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
Strong MS Office skills and high ethical standards.
Membership with ICPAK.
4. Healthcare Assistant (Full-Time) – Nairobi
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Field: Medical / Healthcare
Job Purpose:
To support nurses in delivering compassionate and effective patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with patient feeding, bathing, and mobility.
Support nurses during assessments and wound care.
Schedule appointments and manage basic inventory.
Clean and disinfect patient rooms and equipment.
Relay patient concerns and support communication with families.
Assist in emergencies and participate in ongoing training.
Qualifications:
Certificate in Nurse Assistant Course.
At least 1 year of experience in a busy hospital.
Excellent communication, empathy, and time-management skills.
5. General Nurse (Full-Time) – Nairobi
Experience: 1 year
Field: Medical / Healthcare
Job Purpose:
To provide professional nursing services within assigned units for quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess patient needs and administer treatments.
Monitor vitals, administer medications, and provide hygiene care.
Maintain accurate patient records and infection-control standards.
Perform wound care, IV insertion, catheterization, and nebulization.
Facilitate patient discharge and continuity of care.
Provide health education and support research activities.
Qualifications:
Diploma in Nursing.
Valid Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK) license.
At least 1 year of experience in a busy hospital.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
Demonstrated integrity, compassion, and teamwork.
