1. Weighbridge Operator
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Nairobi
Qualifications: Diploma / Degree
Experience: 3+ years
Field: Engineering / Technical
Key Responsibilities
-
Weigh incoming and outgoing raw materials and confirm accuracy.
-
Collect all relevant documentation such as LPOs before weighing.
-
Maintain cleanliness and safety around the weighbridge area.
-
Report any malpractice or rule breach to management.
-
Serve as the first point of contact for all vehicles at the weighbridge.
-
Ensure adherence to Health & Safety protocols, including PPE use.
-
Keep proper records of all materials received and dispatched.
-
Produce timely weighbridge reports.
-
Maintain strong customer relations and ensure complaint resolution.
Key Deliverables

Efficient and accurate weighbridge operations.

Proper calibration and maintenance of weighbridge equipment.

Full health, safety, and environmental compliance.

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma in Logistics Management; Degree is an added advantage.

Additional qualifications in Automotive Engineering, IT, or Electronics is a plus.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in weighbridge operations.

At least 2 years’ experience working with tracking systems is an added advantage.
2. Data Entry Clerk (Finance)

Qualification: KCSE (C+ and above)
Field: Data / ICT / Business Analysis
Key Responsibilities

Transfer data from physical documents into digital systems.

Create accurate spreadsheets.

Verify data accuracy and update records.

Retrieve information from databases upon request.

Perform regular backups for data safety.
