Inspectors work on rotational shifts to maintain 24-hour oversight of fleet movement and operational safety. Monitoring Road Operations:Â Continuous observation and oversight of daily road activities, including tracking road conditions, delays, accidents, and congestion to maintain efficiency and minimize disruptions.

Ensuring Smooth Movement of Vehicles:Â Coordinating with drivers and conductors to monitor timing intervals, prevent delays, and maintain a steady flow of vehicles for timely arrivals.

Reporting Incidents and Delays:Â Timely and accurate recording and communication of accidents, breakdowns, route disruptions, or any operational challenges to the operations control team.

Identifying and Addressing Operational Challenges:Â Proactively identifying emerging problems, resolving them on the spot where possible, and escalating complex issues to management.

Supporting Crew Members:Â Offering guidance, supervision, and on-ground assistance to drivers and conductors during disruptions and in daily operations.
