Inspectors work on rotational shifts to maintain 24-hour oversight of fleet movement and operational safety. 4. Detailed Job Description & Responsibilities

Monitoring Road Operations: Continuous observation and oversight of daily road activities, including tracking road conditions, delays, accidents, and congestion to maintain efficiency and minimize disruptions.
Ensuring Smooth Movement of Vehicles: Coordinating with drivers and conductors to monitor timing intervals, prevent delays, and maintain a steady flow of vehicles for timely arrivals.
Reporting Incidents and Delays: Timely and accurate recording and communication of accidents, breakdowns, route disruptions, or any operational challenges to the operations control team.
Identifying and Addressing Operational Challenges: Proactively identifying emerging problems, resolving them on the spot where possible, and escalating complex issues to management.
Supporting Crew Members: Offering guidance, supervision, and on-ground assistance to drivers and conductors during disruptions and in daily operations.
Ensuring Adherence to Company Policies: Verifying compliance with safety rules, fare guidelines, route instructions, and customer service standards, and reporting any deviations.
Field Coordination and Communication: Maintaining constant, effective communication with the operations control team and field staff to relay real-time updates and coordinate vehicle flow.
