Photographs:Â Two (2) recent color passport-size photos (taken within the last 6 months).

National ID: Original and two photocopies. (Applicants must be aged 22–40 years).

Physical Requirement: Minimum height of 5 feet 8 inches.

Education Certificates:Â Original and photocopy of your KCSE Certificate (minimum grade D+) or Form 4 result slip. A Secondary School Leaving Certificate is also required.

Additional Certs:Â Originals and photocopies of any other academic or professional certificates (optional but beneficial).

Police Clearance:Â Certificate not older than 6 months, or proof of application.

NSSF Card:Â Original and photocopy.

Health & Tax Documents:Â Photocopy of your SHA Universal Health ID Number and original & photocopy of your KRA PIN Certificate.

Local Reference Letter:Â An original letter from your Rural Home Chief/Sub-Chief, including postal address, code, and telephone contacts.

Professional References:Â Three (3) original reference letters (referees cannot be relatives, government officers, or Wells Fargo employees). Must include their full details and ID copies.

Employment History:Â Originals and photocopies of recommendation letters, separation letters, and service certificates from past employers (if any).

Residence Maps:Â Detailed sketch maps of both your rural and urban residences.

Bank Details:Â Your valid bank account number and branch.
