All positions require a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related business discipline, plus a professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA or equivalent). A minimum of three (3) years of post-qualification experience in a busy accounting environment is also required.

1. Finance Officer, Financial Reporting
Job Purpose: To assist in the implementation of accounting standards, prepare audited financial statements, and uphold the integrity of financial data through reconciliations and internal controls.
Key Responsibilities:

Reconcile general ledger files and resolve variances.

Perform month-end closure activities and sanity checks on the trial balance.

Prepare monthly general ledger reconciliations and review reconciliations from other departments.

Support internal and external audit exercises.

Assist in the preparation of the Bank’s Audited Financial Statements.

2. Finance Officer, Financial Planning & Performance
Job Purpose: To support the financial planning function, including budget development, performance monitoring, and management reporting, ensuring alignment with the Bank’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training for budget liaison officers and assist cost centers in developing their budgets.

Consolidate budget proposals and participate in consultative meetings.
