Key Responsibilities

Develop program goals and objectives aligned with institutional strategy.
Prepare and manage annual operational, capital, and staff budgets.
Lead quality improvement initiatives to ensure delivery of safe, high-quality care.
Maintain a database of key performance indicators and communicate variances.
Monitor patient care quality through defined clinical and service indicators.
Facilitate Mortality and Morbidity meetings and implement follow-ups.

Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Master’s preferred).

Knowledge of Hospital Management Information Systems.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
