About the Role

The Luminos Fund seeks a strategic Vice President of Finance and Operations to provide leadership and oversight for the organization’s financial, operational, and administrative functions. We’re hiring an Associate Director of Impact to lead our data-driven Impact team. This role manages the systems and processes that power Luminos’ evidence-based approach to education.

Oversee collection, analysis, and reporting of key program metrics (e.g., EGRA/EGMA).

4. Finance and Data Officer – Liberia
