About the Role
The Luminos Fund seeks a strategic Vice President of Finance and Operations to provide leadership and oversight for the organization’s financial, operational, and administrative functions. This senior role ensures the financial health and operational efficiency that enables Luminos programs to scale and thrive.
Key Responsibilities

We’re hiring an Associate Director of Impact to lead our data-driven Impact team. This role manages the systems and processes that power Luminos’ evidence-based approach to education.
