Reporting to: Head of Marketing
Role Overview:
The Research & Product Development Officer will drive product innovation at Tower SACCO. You’ll conduct market research, identify opportunities, and develop financial products that meet member needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research and member needs assessments.
Analyze competitor strategies and market trends.
Design, test, and launch new financial products and services.
Collaborate with ICT and Operations teams.
Prepare analytical reports for management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in market research or product development (preferably in a financial institution or SACCO).
- Creative and analytical thinker.
- Under 35 years of age.

Reporting to: Head of Internal Audit
Role Overview:
The Systems Auditor will ensure that Tower SACCO’s technology infrastructure is secure, reliable, and compliant. You’ll assess IT risks and help strengthen internal controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute IT audit plans.
- Evaluate cybersecurity and data integrity.
- Test system controls and recommend improvements.
- Review business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
- Perform system investigations as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT.
- Certification in CISA, CISM, CISSP, or CRISC.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT audit or risk management.
- Integrity-driven and under 35 years of age.

Key Responsibilities:
- Grow the SACCO Assurance business through client acquisition.
- Conduct market analysis and provide product training.
- Manage insurance policies, renewals, and claims.
- Ensure SACCO-linked collaterals are properly insured.
- Develop regional sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree plus a Diploma in Insurance.
- Certificate of Proficiency (COP) is mandatory.
- Minimum of 3 years in insurance sales or marketing.
- Goal-driven and under 35 years old.

Reporting to: Registry Officer
Role Overview:
The Registry Assistant will support document control and records management at Tower SACCO. You’ll ensure that all files physical and electronic are properly organized, secured, and easily retrievable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain up-to-date records and registers.
- Monitor file movements and ensure confidentiality.
- Dispose or archive obsolete documents according to policy.
- Support administrative operations through effective filing systems.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Higher Diploma in Records Management or Business Information Management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in records management.
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Document Management Systems (DMS).
- Under 35 years of age.
