Job Summary:
The Sourcing Category Manager oversees supplier sourcing for specific goods and services. The role involves market research, tender documentation, contract management, and ensuring compliance with procurement standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement the annual Category Strategy and Plan.
Engage and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
Ensure full compliance with procurement and regulatory policies.
Drive cost management initiatives and process improvements.
Manage supplier contracts, renewals, and terminations.
Monitor supplier performance and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Social Sciences, or Supply Chain Management.
Member of the Kenya Institute of Supplies Management (KISM).
4+ years’ experience in procurement category and strategy management.
Experience in commercial negotiations and supplier relationship management.
2 years’ experience in logistics (advantage).

2️⃣ Position: Cybersecurity Specialist – Identity & Access Management (IAM)

Location: Kenya

Job Summary:
The IAM Cybersecurity Specialist will design and implement secure identity and privileged access solutions for KCB Group. The role focuses on compliance, system security, and Zero Trust principles across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and oversee IAM strategy, architecture, and implementation.
Deploy and manage MFA, SSO, and passwordless authentication solutions.
Implement privileged access management in line with bank policies.
Collaborate with compliance, risk, and audit teams on IAM standards.
Manage identity lifecycle (joiners, movers, leavers) with automation.
Conduct staff training on identity and access hygiene.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Certifications: CISA, CISM, or CISSP.
Master’s degree (IT or Business) is an advantage.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Information Security.
At least 2 years’ experience in IAM in a large technology setup.

3️⃣ Cybersecurity Specialist – Identity & Access Management (IAM Architect Specialist)

Job Summary:

The Cybersecurity Identity and Access Management (IAM) Architect Specialist acts as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for identity and privileged access architecture across KCB Group.

This role involves designing secure IAM and PAM solutions, ensuring compliance, and maintaining scalable frameworks to meet the Bank’s cybersecurity objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the Bank’s IAM strategy and architecture aligned with Zero Trust principles.
Architect and oversee implementation of MFA, SSO, and passwordless authentication.
Design and manage privileged access management programs in line with bank policies.
Collaborate with business, compliance, and audit teams to align IAM practices.
Develop and enforce RBAC/ABAC models with least-privilege principles.
Define automated identity lifecycle management (joiner, mover, leaver).
Conduct IAM research and lead technical knowledge sharing within the technology teams.
Lead training and awareness initiatives to improve identity hygiene among staff and vendors.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.
Certification in CISA, CISM, or CISSP (required).
Master’s degree in Computer, Business, or Project Management (added advantage).
3 years’ experience in Information Security.
2 years’ experience in Identity & Access Management.
3 years’ experience in large-scale technology environments.
