Key Responsibilities:

The IAM Cybersecurity Specialist will design and implement secure identity and privileged access solutions for KCB Group. The role focuses on compliance, system security, and Zero Trust principles across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and oversee IAM strategy, architecture, and implementation.

Deploy and manage MFA, SSO, and passwordless authentication solutions.

Implement privileged access management in line with bank policies.

Collaborate with compliance, risk, and audit teams on IAM standards.

Manage identity lifecycle (joiners, movers, leavers) with automation.

Conduct staff training on identity and access hygiene.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

Certifications: CISA, CISM, or CISSP.

Master’s degree (IT or Business) is an advantage.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in Information Security.

This role involves designing secure IAM and PAM solutions, ensuring compliance, and maintaining scalable frameworks to meet the Bank’s cybersecurity objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the Bank’s IAM strategy and architecture aligned with Zero Trust principles.

Design and manage privileged access management programs in line with bank policies.

Collaborate with business, compliance, and audit teams to align IAM practices.

Develop and enforce RBAC/ABAC models with least-privilege principles.

Conduct IAM research and lead technical knowledge sharing within the technology teams.

Lead training and awareness initiatives to improve identity hygiene among staff and vendors.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.

Certification in CISA, CISM, or CISSP (required).

Master’s degree in Computer, Business, or Project Management (added advantage).

3 years’ experience in Information Security.

2 years’ experience in Identity & Access Management.

3 years’ experience in large-scale technology environments.
