🔍 Overview – Kenya Defence Forces Shortlisted Candidates 2025
The Kenya Defence Forces (KDF) has officially released the list of shortlisted candidates for 2025.
The list covers applicants for the following categories:
-
General Service Officer (GSO Cadets) – Regular & Graduate
-
Specialist Officers
-
Tradesmen and Tradeswomen
All shortlisted applicants are invited for interviews and selection at designated KDF centers in November and December 2025.

⚠️ All candidates must report on time to their respective centers for verification and interviews.
🧾 KDF Requirements for Shortlisted Candidates
Shortlisted candidates must present the following documents during reporting:

Original National ID Card

Academic and Professional Certificates

Curriculum Vitae (CV)

Any other relevant testimonials

Four photocopies of all documents
Food and accommodation will be provided during the interview period.
Unsuccessful candidates will receive transport reimbursement in line with KDF regulations.
All candidates are advised to carry warm clothing due to cold weather in Nakuru and Nairobi.
